June is the Latvian month in the Netherlands, dedicated to the celebration of Latvia’s 100year birthday. The kick off event was held on May 28 in the form of a Cook Up with two Latvian chefs – Nauris Pētersons, Dzintars Kristovskis and a Dutch chef – and Maurits van der Vooren in the Hotel Okura Amsterdam experimental kitchen.
Master chef Dzintars Kristovskis from Kannas restaurant in Annas design hotel is serving the first fish dish.
This meeting was specially organized for food and travel bloggers and influencers.
The dishes where served on CeramicNetwork tableware and we also had the honour to tell our story to the audience.
All three chefs side by side prepping, serving and telling what, where and how. Potato risotto served in our deep glossy bowl.
